Larysa prompted Liz and I to go to Yogurtland on Saturday night. The sweet yogurts are sold by the ounce (30 cents!) We all had a bit of the boysenberry yogurt in our mixes.

On Sunday I made twice baked acorn squash. The squash is sweet, almost like a sweet potato. After the first baking I scooped out the flesh and mixed it with a bit of sour cream and a curry pork and tomato saute. I filled the mix back into the acorn shells and baked them again for Liz and I. This was my first experiment with acorn squash...next time I may be simple and just put butter and cinnamon on top.
