Easter morning brunch was another experiment for me. The appetizer was an original recipe that I created while cutting the mango. First, I mixed mango with vanilla yogurt and honey. Then, I topped the yogurt with a bit of cinnamon bread crumble. We ate the yogurt while the quiche was cooking. Following a recipe I found at the chiropractor I made bread pudding quiche (with ham and onion) that was topped with bacon and blackberries. The sweet crust and savory quiche was the perfect compliment for sweet blackberries and savory bacon. I like the brunch items so much that I may forever cook this exact breakfast for every Easter for the rest of my life! YUM!
