Liz was watching the last Lord of the Rings when I got home from my trip. I thought she needed something sweet while Sam was carrying Frodo to throw the ring into the fires of Mordor. I made some apple, banana, granola, white chocolate chip, yogurt parfaits. "I can't carry the ring, but I can carry you!" "Don't you let go Frodo! Reach!" "I am happy to be with you Sam Wise Gee, here at the end of all things."
