Breakfast for Dinner-Jamie


Huevos Rancheros.  
I made black beans (again).  This time I cooked bacon and added it to beans.  What a difference some bacon fat makes!  Yum.  Then I put together a beans, egg and cheese with green salsa and avocado ensamble.  The waffles were a carbo, sugary delight!  It was Liz who suggested we finish our meal by having frozen yogurt at YogurtLand.

i love breakfast for any meal of the day. and this particular breakfast looks to die for.
