My mom was super excited to show me how to make this quiche, they made it for a RS party and the ladies loved it! Yeah it takes awhile to make quiche. We started the night before, once we grated the potatoes we had to soak them in water to remove all the starch. Then you bake the potatoes and they become the crust. Then in the morning we mixed the eggs, ham, onion and cheese. Bake for an hour and yummy!
