I expect many posts will revolve around the new juicer on our kitchen counter. Tonight I had some extra lettuce so I made the Sleep Easy drink. Herbal teas are known for their purely soporific qualities, It's just what you need when you want to relax."
We put chamomile tea, a banana, lettuce and lemon juice together for this "treat". It was actually not bad, I slurped mine to the finish and Liz gingerly tasted hers. Speaking of ginger, I am sure we will be posting many drinks with ginger root as a featured guest!
